At Run Club, we always want to see you happy with your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@runclubglobal.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Make sure the RMA number is placed visibly on the package.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Please note inner wear items will not be eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Please note.
Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
SHIPPING POLICY
At our online store, we strive to provide a convenient and reliable shipping experience. All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (for deliveries within Colombo and its suburbs) and 4 – 6 business days (for outstation deliveries) of order placement.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and postal code. We use a reputed courier service to ensure the safe delivery of your items. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to the courier service.
